Overview
When a blank file is created with one of the following filenames and placed on the agent in the appropriate directory, various functions will be prevented from taking place. To restore the agent to its default behavior, simply remove the file from the agent’s %windir%/ltsvc directory. Refer to the following section for instructions on how to create the files.

Creating the File
- Open Notepad or a similar word processing application. Do not type anything.
- Select File > File Save As.

- Navigate to the location you want to save this file.
- In the File name: field enter the filename exactly as it appears in the table (e.g., Noperf).
- In the Save as type: field, use the drop-down to change it from ‘.txt’ to ‘All Files’ and click Save. The files should be saved without an extension unless otherwise noted.
- Place the saved blank file into the agent’s %windir%\ltsvc directory.
